Please note due to the global COVID-19 pandemic, the return process may take several days or more. This is why your patience is highly appreciated in the current situation.

Here are a few things we’d like you to know

We will not accept if the item(s) is

  • Damaged or misused by the customer.
  • Missing original tags and company receipt.
  • Has pet hairs, dirty, or smells.
  •  

The returning item(s) must be in original condition with packaging and tags attached in order to process.  Exchanges are subject to availability. Please confirm before sending the product(s) for replacement.
